Scott is responsible for directing, administering, and overseeing the functions of the Human Resource Office. He is in charge of updating job descriptions, reviewing applications and hiring both certified and classified employees. Scott oversees the supervision and evaluation of all district employees, personnel files, equal opportunity and worker's compensation. He works with employees to resolve work-related issues and concerns. The Department of Human Resources strives to promote the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the District and maximize educational opportunities and benefits available to all employees.

Judy is responsible for coordinating and conducting meetings and procedures for school secretaries. She oversees personnel records, data entry and new employee orientation events. She also processes Idaho State ISEE reports for staffing. In addition, Judy is responsible for maintaining employee stipends and employee leadership premiums. She also handles additional Human Resource duties as needed.

Nikki is responsible for processing new employee paperwork and employee data entry. She ensures that all employees have met state and federal requirements for employment, including background investigation checks, previous employee performance requests and current employee records requests. In addition, she is responsible for assisting with recruiting and additional Human Resource duties as needed.

Nancy is responsible for reviewing and processing applications for substitute teaching and substitute clerical positions. She maintains the district's AESOP system - a computerized system which allows teachers to report personal absences and to request substitute teachers. She maintains the substitute teacher list and is responsible for substitute teacher training and evaluations. In addition, Nancy is responsible for verifications of employment.

Michelle is responsible for explaining the current benefit options, enrollment issues, and benefit questions for all eligible employees. She maintains HIPAA files. In addition, she handles retiree processing, FMLA requests and Workers Compensation. Michelle oversees the HR Systems including Tyler Technologies. She also handles additional Human Resource duties as needed.
